No. There’s no monthly charge or guaranteed hours. Premium Access is a one-time setup that clears the runway so we can move quickly when timing aligns — but it doesn’t promise availability on demand.

Does access expire?

Yes. It lasts 12 months. After that, we can do a light-touch refresh (usually $150 or less) to realign scope and preferences if you want to keep the access active.

When I need service, will I jump the line?

You’ll skip the usual intake process. But editing still depends on current workload. You'll hear back quickly, but scheduling depends on what’s already underway.
