  • Documentation of your editorial preferences, tone, and review expectations

  • We’ll also review the types of projects you’re likely to need and provide timelines and estimate ranges, so you know what to expect before your next job begins.

  • Context stored for future quoting so no need to re-explain your process

  • Master contract finalized now so future jobs don’t require legal back-and-forth

  • For each future job, you’ll receive a single packet with estimate, contract, and invoice — ready for immediate action.

Note: Editing projects are scoped and billed separately. This service prepares the relationship. It doesn’t include editing itself.

  • I’ll send you a $250 invoice and onboarding contract

  • Once your first payment is received, onboarding begins

  • We’ll schedule your intake session (live or async)

  • I’ll document your scope, preferences, and delivery needs

  • When everything is finalized, the second $250 payment will complete your setup

  • From that point on, you’ll be cleared for fast, judgment-rich editing with no re-intake for 12 months
